Emma Rose Kenney was born September 14 1999. She has portrayed Deborah Gallagher "Debbie" on Shameless (2011 until 2021) and Harris Conner-Healy in the tenth and final season.

 Kenney was born in New York City on September 14th 1999. Her parents are Gillian Kenney, a criminal defense lawyer, and Kevin Kenney, a sports writer who formerly wrote for the New York Post and now works for Fox Sports.
